Is there an ugly Christmas sweater that isn’t terrible?

My husband has a contest at work and everything I’m seeing is not impressive. He won last year with a digital one, It was funny without being too obnoxious. Any ideas?

but isn't it the point to be really terrible? I like some of the shirts that have quotes from Christmas vacation, especially if someone from work could wear the one that goes with it. i am going to buy these for me and H.

I like the movie quote ones for work, but an obscure one only fans would get. DH likes this one (Die Hard, from Amazon).

H and I have the sweatshirt version of these shirts and we bought the kiddos shirts on Etsy that say “Looks great. Little full, lotta sap.” We’re going full ugly sweater for our Christmas cards this year.

The funniest ugly christmas sweater I ever saw was one of H's friend's who took a really unflattering picture of one of their other buddies and turned it into an iron on patch. He put that on a plain christmas sweater. It was hilarious.
